  • Less is best! You may wear swimwear or be in the nude. A fit cover is required for sanitation reasons and to enhance the detox process. The pod will produce ambient dry heat within the chamber. The main advantage of the session comes from the infrared rays. Therefore, wearing minimal clothing is optimal for the infrared rays to penetrate the body, which is why we recommend being nude with your fit cover on.

  • Hydrate! You will be sweating in the Wellness Pod, so it’s essential you be well-hydrated before you arrive.

  • We provide towels, so you only need to bring WATER! It’s essential that you arrive well-hydrated and continue to drink water during your sauna. If you forget your water bottle, we have bottles for purchase.

  • Generally, the first half of a session is relaxing as the infrared heat begins to penetrate your body. Pain relief happens within the first 25 minutes.

    Once your core temperature reaches 100.5°, your heart rate will increase, and you’ll begin sweating profusely. This part can feel less than comfortable, but it’s also when all those benefits kick in.

    For many reasons, you may reach that point earlier in your session, on a hot day, or after a workout. If that’s the case, you can determine how long you wish to stay in the session. But the longer your session, the more significant benefits you’ll achieve.
